Returns & Exchanges


You are welcome to return shoes for an exchange if they do not fit.  Please note that you will pay for the cost of returning the shoes and the cost of sending out the replacement pair.

We do not give refunds if you have changed your mind about a product. However you can return to exchange for an alternative pair of a similar or higher value, you will pay for the postage for the replacement pair to be sent out to you.

We only accept returns that are returned in exactly the same condition that they were sent to you, including all packaging.  Please be careful when trying on our shoes and boots. Do not mark or crease them as we will not give exchanges for damaged goods. 

And finally...please contact us for more details before sending a return and don't forget to include a note with your name and order number when you send us a parcel.
